SML Group Notice | Our Response to COVID-19

Given that the World Health Organization (WHO) has recently characterized COVID-19 as a pandemic, we would like to reassure you that our top priority is the safety and health of our employees, our clients, and our partners. We are committed to helping everyone through this crisis.

Since late January, our global operations have been faced with unprecedented challenges. As more countries in which we operate have issued various degrees of travel bans or lockdowns, we remain highly responsive to local governments’ directives and guidance to implement appropriate public health and safety measures. We appreciate your continued support and understanding for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Globally, we have implemented a flexible, remote work policy for our staff in affected regions to ensure their safety and health. We have also advised our staff to minimize conducting face-to-face customer visits or business meetings and reduce domestic and overseas travel. During this period, we are recommending that all meetings utilize web and video conferencing tools to reduce risk to all participants.

We would like to extend our support and best wishes to everyone who has been affected by the pandemic. Together, we believe we can persevere through these challenging times.

Stay safe and healthy.
