20,000 Retail Leaders Make their Way to Chicago for RetailX 2019

As a result, the event brought together three distinct areas of expertise: e-commerce, innovation with RFID and store design.

Over 1,000 exhibitors attended this years show, enabling delegates to discover the latest trends, technological advances and make connections in the business and retail sector. In addition to over 1,000 businesses exhibiting, the show attracted over 20,000 retail industry leaders and innovators from some of the largest global brands including Macys, Nordstrom, Nike, Estee Lauder and many more.

Quickly establishing itself as a must-attend event for the retail sector, the two-day conference consisted of a RetailTouch Points Conference which focused on omnichannel strategies and digital transformation for retailers and business decision makers. There were also a number of keynote speakers from industry thought leaders discussing subjects such as the future of retail in a digital world and experience from building a New Era of retailing operation models.

The event proved to be a valuable experience for SML, meeting retailers and discussing the benefits of item-level RFID in enhancing their daily operations by boosting inventory accuracy, increasing sales and bettering supply chain efficiency.
