SML Management Trainee Programme is an 18-month programme designed to nurture and develop potential management talents to become the next generation of our Management Team.
What will you do?
During the 18-month programme, you will undergo an intensive training process including coaching, on-the-job training, mentoring and job rotations across different business units and functions to obtain necessary skills and knowledge. The trainees joining our programme have a chance to cross-train in an overseas location.
Phase 1 – Familiarization with SML
Phase 2 – Job-rotation under one of the below key corporate functions:
Phase 3 – Placement
Phase 4 – Cross training in an overseas location
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in Technology, preferably with a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or another degree that includes Technology-related modules.
