  • Control raw materials at the factory to ensure adequate delivery of the order, statistics control inventory, plan to buy materials
  • Work with relevant departments to handle the inventory of materials
  • Prepare a document file (or other file) for supervisor tracking, check material status for supervisor
  • Follow rate of progress of order, reply to CS
  • Check debit, prepare document of invoice
  • Print orders, calculate supplies, arrange production plan
  • Prepare reports and other jobs assigned by the department head


  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Use of Computer & microsoft office applications
  • Agility, hard work, honest, responihility for work, intiative in work carefulness, good problem solving skills
  • Experience in conducting on-job training and coaching is prefered
