Responsibilities
Review order requirements and ensure all information is complete and accurate
Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure timely order execution
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
Follow up on order progress to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support
Provide customers with order confirmations, shipment updates, and relevant documentation
Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and communicated internally
Set up and maintain customer and vendor information in E-platforms and internal systems
Accurately enter order details into company systems and databases
Generate and maintain required documents, including order confirmations, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Operations Support, Merchandising Support, or a related field
Knowledge of customer service principles and order management processes
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
Strong organizational and time management abilities-
