Responsibilities

  • Review order requirements and ensure all information is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure timely order execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Follow up on order progress to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support
  • Provide customers with order confirmations, shipment updates, and relevant documentation
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and communicated internally
  • Set up and maintain customer and vendor information in E-platforms and internal systems
  • Accurately enter order details into company systems and databases
  • Generate and maintain required documents, including order confirmations, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Operations Support, Merchandising Support, or a related field
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and order management processes
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities-
