Responsibilities
Develop the manufacturing strategy in alignment with the strategic goals of the company
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, capacity planning, and productivity enhancement
Lead investment planning for new machinery, technology, and process enhancements
Collaborate with supply chain, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing team to build a high-performance culture
Foster a work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and innovation
Monitor and improve workforce productivity while ensuring employee well-being and engagement
Establish a center of excellence for manufacturing, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and innovation
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align manufacturing operations with corporate strategies and global best practices
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for production efficiency, cost management, quality, and sustainability
Drive a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) to optimize workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate bottlenecks
Spearhead automation and digital transformation initiatives to modernize manufacturing processes and improve operational agility
Lead process engineering efforts to support business expansion and product diversification
Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, production management, supply chain, or a related operational leadership role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and supply chain processes
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
