Responsibilities

  • Develop the manufacturing strategy in alignment with the strategic goals of the company
  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, capacity planning, and productivity enhancement
  • Lead investment planning for new machinery, technology, and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing team to build a high-performance culture
  • Foster a work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and innovation
  • Monitor and improve workforce productivity while ensuring employee well-being and engagement
  • Establish a center of excellence for manufacturing, focusing on continuous improvement, automation, and innovation
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align manufacturing operations with corporate strategies and global best practices
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for production efficiency, cost management, quality, and sustainability
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) to optimize workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Spearhead automation and digital transformation initiatives to modernize manufacturing processes and improve operational agility
  • Lead process engineering efforts to support business expansion and product diversification

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, production management, supply chain, or a related operational leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and supply chain processes
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
