Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define ICP and priority market segments.
- Map and optimise the customer journey across the marketing and sales funnel.
- Establish the lead generation strategy supporting pipeline growth.
- Align marketing and sales on pipeline contribution and marketing’s role in revenue generation.
- Own CRM integration and marketing performance tracking.
- Implement the marketing performance framework.
- Ensure marketing attribution and reporting.
- Drive demand generation performance, including campaign pipeline contribution and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates in collaboration with the team.
- Drive SML’s global media presence incl. thought leadership positioning.
- Coordinate regional PR strategy.
- Agency collaboration and strategic direction.
- NPS and C-SAT measurement.
- Translate customer feedback into strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading B2B marketing in manufacturing and/or retail, supply chain or related industries.
- Experience in a managerial role, leading and developing global marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance frameworks, lead generation and funnel management
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing performance tracking.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with measurable business impact and revenue contribution.
- Understanding of different marketing disciplines online and offline, such as product, digital, event, customer marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions such as Sales, Product and regional teams.
- Global mindset and ability to operate in an international organization.
- Experience working with agencies, PR and media initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing execution.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
