Responsibilities
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives to attract new customers and cultivate current customers
Develop and implement negotiating strategies with customers to mitigate competitor landscape
Expand the company’s market position in different product categories
Develop Strategic planning and execution of account sales growth
Identify and seize new business opportunities, including expansion into new product categories and market segments
Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Strategic planning and execution of account sales growth
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
Actively communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing, apparel, trims, packaging, labeling, or export-oriented industries will be preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and generate new leads
Strong customer service and account management capabilities
Good understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive analysis
