Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives to attract new customers and cultivate current customers
  • Develop and implement negotiating strategies with customers to mitigate competitor landscape
  • Expand the company’s market position in different product categories
  • Develop Strategic planning and execution of account sales growth
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, including expansion into new product categories and market segments
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Strategic planning and execution of account sales growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Actively communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to internal teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, apparel, trims, packaging, labeling, or export-oriented industries will be preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and generate new leads
  • Strong customer service and account management capabilities
  • Good understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive analysis
