Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop initiatives that strengthen engagement with existing customers
- Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives through targeted marketing activities
- Coordinate customer-focused communication such as customer newsletters and updates
- Lead the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to identify priority customer accounts
- Develop targeted marketing activities that support strategic customer relationships
- Develop customer stories and case studies that demonstrate the value of SML’s solutions
- Support the development of customer references and testimonials
- Identify opportunities to highlight successful customer collaborations
- Support the planning and execution of customer-facing events and industry expos
- Support collaborative marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Ensure partner marketing initiatives are aligned with overall marketing messaging
Qualifications
- Experience working with customer marketing, account-based marketing or related roles
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Account Management teams
- Ability to develop engaging customer stories and marketing content (i.e. Newsletters and Use cases)
- Experience supporting events, expos or customer engagement activities is an advantage
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Structured and proactive approach to managing multiple initiatives
- Global mindset and ability to work with teams across regions
- Professional working proficiency in English
