  • Receive order, input data into system, process layout/order to production
  • Inform delivery date to customer
  • Arrange shipment on time to clients
  • Maintain service, relationship with clients
  • Follow up client outstanding list with Finance
  • Handle and solve client’s complaints
  • Handle all orther enquiries/ requests from customer


  • Experience in Customer Service/ Merchandiser in Garment/Label copany is preferable
  • Experience in working in multinational Company is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good problem – solving skill
  • Good communication/ negotiation skill
  • Having Customer-oriented mindset
